Shipping Rates
and Lead Times

We do the majority of all of our shipping with UPS. The default shipping method is UPS Ground, but other services are offered based on where the order is shipping to. We will only ship to PO boxes or APO addresses VIA USPS. Please allow 1-2 additional days for shipping when shipping via USPS. We can offer a variety of UPS shipping services. All available shipping options will be shown, along with estimated cost, on the checkout page before you finalize your order. When choosing a shipping option Please be aware it is for Business Days starting on the next business day after you place your order. If you order on Monday and select 2nd day it will ship Tuesday and Arrive Thursday. Please contact us with questions when needing expedited shipping.

We do ship international. CANADA orders are shipped via UPS. Cost of the shipping is calculated for you when you check out. We have a NAFTA on file and Brew City absorbs the customers charge. When you pay for UPS shipping you can expect to not have any other charges to receive your item. All other countries will be shown UPS worldwide shipping charges which can be quite high. We have no control over this. You can email us to request a quote for USPS shipping. On average you will pay $25 for 1 sweatshirt and up to $50 for larger orders. We can usually ship a T-shirt for around $15. It all depends on your countries rules and USPS current rates.

For any order totaling $75 or more (that is under 10 pounds), we are offering FREE UPS Ground shipping within the lower 48 US states. This discount is applied automatically before you check out. Please note that if your order is shipping to AK or HI, outside of the US, or weighs over 10 pounds, the order does not qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Times

At BrewCityOnline.com, our website is linked with our inventory system, so that we are able to show "live" inventory. When you see an item on our website that shows that it is "In Stock," it's here somewhere! If a product shows that it is "Out of Stock," we need to go back to press and manufacture the product from scratch. Due to selling "live" inventory sometimes items will sell out over the weekend before we can pull them on Monday from our stores. We will contact you if this happens.

So, our delivery times can vary greatly whether the item is "in stock," or "out of stock."

In-Stock Items

In-Stock items are generally processed and ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. For example, an order that is placed on a Monday at 10:00am Central time ships by Thursday 1:30pm. Standard UPS Shipping times do apply after the order has shipped. Orders often ship within 24 hours of receipt, but the average processing time is 72 hours. From November 1st to December 25th Orders can take up to 1 week to ship. Please order early and wait at least 7 days to check on your order. UPS and Brew City send an email when your item ships alerting you to this. Please add info@brewcityonline.com to your safe senders to avoid having our emails go to your spam. We do not require a signature for your item. UPS will leave the item in a safe spot. Please check all doors and areas before calling Brew City or UPS if it shows your item was delivered. If you would like to have the option to sign for it please email us and let us know BEFORE we ship your item.

Out-of-Stock Items

Out-of-Stock items can take anywhere from 3-12 weeks to return to our inventory. Due to the fact that we produce products in small batches, our items can sometimes sell out quickly, and we may move onto another idea. If you would like to purchase an item that is Out-Of-Stock, you may want to e-mail us at orders@brewcityonline.com before placing your order, to see when the item may be scheduled to be back into our warehouse. Or, call us toll-free at 1-800-291-1144 and ask for the Retail Department and we will try to give you product status.

Credit Card Billing

When your order is placed our system authorizes the availability of the funds and holds the funds on your credit card when you place your order, to confirm your card is valid. Your Billing address must match exactly how it appears on your Bank or Credit Card Statements. If not your order will be held or rejected. However, we do not accept the money from your credit card until the order has shipped! All credit card orders are billed only after the order has shipped. If we do not ship your item your holds will be removed by your Credit Card Company or Bank per their terms and agreements with you normally within 7 days. If you order takes longer than 7 days to ship we will authorize your card again when it ships. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Brew City Beer Gear or Brew City Brands". We reserve the right to remove items from orders before processing the order. We reserve the right to remove all items that may have a wrong price due to error and will notify you of these errors before completing your order.
